TS Scrubber System

TS Scrubber purifies contaminated exhaust emitted from paint booths.
By installing TS Scrubber at the exhaust outlet of the paintbooth, it effectively remove paint mist, eliminate VOC gases, and reduce unpleasant odors from the exhaust.

Features

Two-Stage High-Efficiency Eliminator

The high-efficiency mist eliminator captures paint mist effectively through a two-stage process. As the mist passes through this eliminator, it reacts with the paint mist collector agent (TS1502) and ozone, resulting in purified air.

Microbubble Ozone Water

Effects of Microbubble Ozone Water in Combination with Paint Mist Collector Agent (TS1502):
・Promotes efficient anti-adhesion of paint mist
・Enables easy collection and disposal
・Reduces clogging
・Decomposes VOC gases through oxidation by ozone

Nanobubbles

Nanobubbles remain suspended in water for extended periods and help disperse paint sludge into fine particles, making collection easier. Unlike normal bubbles or microbubbles, nano bubbles do not rise to the water surface. This allows for highly efficient sludge treatment. In addition, when nanobubbles collapse, they do so with significant force, enhancing cleaning performance.

Carbon Filter

The carbon filter is installed at the exhaust outlet of the paint booth to effectively reduce paint mist odors.
It also helps in reducing unpleasant odors from the booth and removing VOCs.
Installation costs are low, and running costs can be reduced to one-fifth of conventional systems.
