Company Overview
Traditionally, consultations regarding paint were handled by paint manufacturers, equipment requests by equipment manufacturers, and coating technology by painting contractors separately. However, we believe that in coating, these three elements are interrelated and only function effectively when integrated.
Our company provides comprehensive support in three areas: paint development, equipment manufacturing, and coating technology consulting. We are the only company in the world capable of offering this integrated service.
We have bases in Japan and Thailand. Research and development are conducted in Japan, while in Thailand, we handle everything from manufacturing to odor investigation, analysis, and countermeasures related to paints in an integrated manner.
Furthermore, leveraging our extensive knowledge and experience, we have newly started developing technologies and selling products for odor control and environmental measures in the food industry. Moving forward, we will continue to expand our technologies across various industries and contribute to creating a better environment.

1.Technical consulting services
Our company collaborates with all fields related to coating and provides comprehensive technical consulting services.
・Non-polluting coating system
We handle everything from the design of water-based coating equipment to line startup and operational guidance. Additionally, we provide design and startup support for surface treatment equipment for magnesium materials and powder coating equipment, promoting environmentally friendly coating technologies.
・Numerical management system for coating factories
Standardizes (quantifies) coating work procedures, mixing, coating conditions, curing conditions, and more to establish a stable production system.
・Support system for overseas factories
We provide dispatch support to local sites and remote assistance for robot programming and coating conditions using the internet.
・ISO certification support
We assist in creating documentation for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, supporting companies’ quality management and environmental management systems.
2. Research and development activities
Our company conducts research and development on materials and systems related to non-polluting paints and coating equipment, advancing environmentally friendly technologies.
・Organic-inorganic composite materials
Paints chemically integrated with inorganic and organic substances, used as protective films such as lens hard coats and optical functional coating films. Currently, we are also working on improving adhesion to plastics and developing strong coatings that do not require high-temperature baking.
・Surface treatment materials for magnesium
We are developing a system for magnesium materials that requires only chemical conversion treatment, eliminating the need for putty application or primer coating.
・Water-based coating booth
We offer compact water-based coating booths that can be installed on existing equipment and support multi-color coating. Compared to conventional equipment, this reduces equipment costs to one-fifth.
・Wastewater treatment equipment using photocatalysts
This equipment does not use chemicals and is ultra-compact with high wastewater treatment capacity. It has strong oxidative decomposition power and treats wastewater more efficiently than conventional methods.
・Environmental odor control equipment
We develop equipment to remove odors generated from painting booths and food wastewater pits. Using special filters and deodorizing coagulants, we provide environmentally friendly solutions.
3. Product manufacturing and odor measurement (Thailand base)
We manufacture equipment for environmental odor control (such as scrubbers, filters, and deodorizing coagulants) within Thailand. Additionally, we are the only company in Thailand that conducts analysis and measurement using the Japanese odor prevention law’s measurement methods.
